Savoury and inviting, with aromas of Portobello mushroom, dark Ghana chocolate, cedar, blackberry, Bing cherry, and lilac flower. Complex and layered with notes of dark fruit, spice, and umami, balanced by a fresh vein of acidity.

Hand-Harvested from Chinaman's Terrace. 35% Whole Bunch. 11 Months in French Oak.
