**Christmas Shipping Update**

The festive season is here, and with it comes extra‑busy courier networks!
Our freight partners have advised us to expect possible delays of up to 3 working days as we get closer to Christmas.
To give your order the best chance of arriving before the big day, we recommend placing it by 15th December.
We’ll do our very best to dispatch all orders promptly, but with the high volumes couriers are handling, a little extra patience may be needed.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. You’ll get an email from us once it’s been dispatched that has your courier tracking link.

We use Post Haste as our courier partner. Average delivery times are.

North Island – 1-2 working days
South Island 2-3 working days
Waiheke, Stewart & Great Barriers Islands – 2-3 working days

If it’s heading to a Rural Delivery address please allow 2-3 extra working days on top of those time frames

Shipping rates are:

North Island Urban - $10.00

North Island Rural - $15.00

South Island Urban- $12.00

South Island Rural - $19.00

All orders are insured. If your order turns up damaged email info@neatdrinks.co.nz and we will get that replaced.
