Since its founding in 2017, the owners of Torabhaig have sought to discover the distillery's house style - an expression that represents the very heart and signature profile of their work. The appropriately named Taigh (pronounced tie) means house or home in Gaelic, and it is unmistakably Torabhaig. Seaside peat embers and crisp flinty smoke meet baked apple and maple syrup, with a rich oily palate that is nutty then sweet.
