Expect bright notes of white passionfruit, lemon balm and citrus zest layered over a savoury, leafy edge, all carried by a clean, mineral acidity. A small portion aged on old French oak and five months on lees brings gentle texture and length, giving the wine a refined, quietly complex profile. Bone‑dry, vibrant and beautifully balanced, it’s a sophisticated take on Sauvignon Blanc that favours elegance over exuberance.
