The alluvial gravels, silts and glacial deposits at our Lowburn site lend themselves to a more floral Pinot Gris with flavours of mandarin, nashi pear, nectarine, jasmine and orange blossom. Slightly drier in style with fine texture, a balance acidity adds complexity and length. A beautiful expression of site and variety with this single vineyard Pinot Gris.
