Le Paradou Rolle (Vermentino) 2024
Le Paradou Vermentino is Provence in a glass. Bright, coastal, and effortlessly refreshing.
Grown just a few kilometres from the Mediterranean and fermented entirely in stainless steel, it shows lifted citrus, tropical fruit and a subtle almond note, carried by lively acidity and a clean, mineral finish. Light, aromatic and beautifully balanced, it’s the perfect companion for seafood, summer salads and long, sun‑drenched afternoons.
Le Paradou is a fresh‑faced, Provence‑rooted project created by Alexandre and Frédéric Chaudière (the second‑generation vignerons behind Château Pesquié) with a focus on high‑altitude, sustainably farmed Mediterranean terroirs. The name comes from old Provençal langue d’oc, meaning “paradise,” and the wines lean into that spirit: breezy, expressive, and built for conviviality. Fruit from coastal and hillside sites is handled gently, fermented cool in stainless steel, and bottled young to preserve purity, minerality, and the sun‑kissed charm of southern France. Their range champions authenticity over artifice, delivering wines that are aromatic, vibrant, and deeply tied to place.
