Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, Kavalan Ex-Bourbon Oak highlights the distillery's signature fruit-driven style. Vibrant notes of citrus, vanilla, tropical fruit and delicate florals are balanced by gentle oak influence and a silky texture. Bright, elegant and remarkably expressive, it offers a pure introduction to the distinctive character of Taiwanese single malt.

Founded in 2005 in Yilan County, Taiwan, Kavalan has become one of the most influential names in modern whisky. Working in Taiwan's subtropical climate, the distillery harnesses rapid maturation to produce whiskies of remarkable richness, texture and concentration at a relatively young age. Drawing on pristine water from Snow Mountain and an uncompromising focus on cask quality, Kavalan has earned international acclaim for redefining expectations of what world whisky can be, establishing itself as one of the benchmark producers outside the traditional whisky regions.
