A single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery vatted and bottled at a cask strength of 61.3% ABV. The whisky is the same recipe as the signature Isle of Raasay single malt, which matures peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct cask types – rye whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine.

Aromas of sherried fruit, lemon peel, caramel, and honeyed nuts.
Woody spices, peat smoke, red wine, raisins, black pepper, and toffee on the palate. With toasted almonds and marmalade on the finish.
