This second edition marries peated and unpeated spirit, first matured in ex‑rye casks, then finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. Bottled at 52% ABV with no chill filtration, it bursts with peppery spice, rich dried fruit, vanilla toffee, and a lingering touch of salty chocolate and wood smoke.
