Crafted from a blend of Mediterranean and aromatic varieties including Fiano, Zibibbo, Moscato Giallo, Greco, and Gewürztraminer grown on ancient limestone soils, it’s fermented with minimal intervention and bottled without fining or filtration for maximum texture and personality.
