A vibrant, sun‑kissed take on one of Aotearoa’s finest Chenin sites, Two Terraces. This dry Pét‑Nat is all citrus zest, fresh‑cut apple, and that juicy, palate‑filling crunch that makes Chenin so dangerously drinkable. The 2025 fruit was hand‑picked, whole‑bunch pressed, and hand‑disgorged — a proper labour of love — giving the wine its clean, lively sparkle and long, refreshing finish.

Halcyon Days is the passion project of Amy and Olly Hopkinson‑Styles, who met between Spain and London before being pulled home to Hawke’s Bay to make wine and raise sprogs. They’re exceptional storytellers in their own right, so we’ll let them have the last word:
