A limited‑edition single malt crafted from 100% locally grown, floor‑malted barley and matured in a distinctive blend of STR red wine (65%), ex‑Bourbon (20%), and peated casks (15%).

Bottled at 52.5%, it opens with inviting aromas of honey and vanilla lifted by a gentle thread of peat smoke, leading into a creamy, sweet palate layered with coconut, charred oak spice, and warm malt richness. The finish lingers with vanilla and subtle peat, offering a beautifully balanced interplay of sweetness, smoke, and oak.
