Rockside 11 Year Old represents the heart of Kilchoman's vision. As Islay's only Single Farm Single Malt, every step of its creation takes place on Rockside Farm, from barley cultivation through to bottling. Lightly peated and matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it delivers vibrant notes of citrus peel, tropical fruit, honey, toffee apple, and salted caramel, woven together with gentle maritime smoke and warming spice. Elegant yet distinctly Islay, Rockside showcases a brighter, more barley-driven side of Kilchoman while celebrating the unique character of the land from which it comes.
