Pale Salmon hue. Fresh, mineral nose with aromas of watermelon, strawberries and brioche. Clean salivating texture with flavours of watermelon and strawberry, supported by a rich creamy mouthfeel. Long and moorish. Well suited to a summer salad and quiche.
