A result of blending direct‑press fruit with a portion fermented on skins. Dry, energetic, lightly cloudy, and full of natural‑wine charm, it’s a Chenin that’s both refreshing and quietly complex. 

Halcyon Days is the passion project of Amy and Olly Hopkinson‑Styles, who met between Spain and London before being pulled home to Hawke’s Bay to make wine and raise sprogs. They’re exceptional storytellers in their own right, so we’ll let them have the last word:
