Greystone’s 2022 Pétillant Naturel is a vibrant, organically certified sparkling wine made from hand‑picked Riesling and Pinot Noir grown on the limestone and clay slopes of Waipara. Fresh, lively aromatics of pineapple, lemon balm, citrus, and subtle florals lead into a crisp, dry palate with a fine natural mousse and beautiful mineral length.
Bottled before fermentation finished, with no fining, filtration, or added sulphur. It retains its natural sediment, adding texture, flavour depth, and a softly cloudy charm.
Crafted using the ancestral method and completed in bottle, this Pet Nat is energetic, refreshing, and expressive of its hillside terroir.
