Nose of dried herbs, tapenade, kanuka, wet pebbles, fig, morello cherry, and strawberry brulee. palate of Jerusalem artichoke and wild strawberry, leading to a long, spicy finish.

25% whole bunch and 30% new French oak for 11 months.
