Rich and complex Shiraz from Heathcote, Victoria.

Deep burgundy red. Black Forest cake with a hint of vanilla, rich dark fruits, earth, blood plums, red licorice, and spice. A rich palate of mulberries, blackberries, and black cherries mingling with velvety tannins, a touch of spice, and integrated oak. The finish is long and persistent.

Shiraz is from two main vineyards in Heathcote, and the wine matured 18 months in French oak, which is 30% new. Allegedly. Na it is. I just wanted to write Allegedly. Dont sue us.
