Spanish Albarino, hand picked grapes, fermented dry. Aged on lees to add body and mouthfeel, which it has in abundance, with balanced acidity adding length and freshness. 

15 to 25 years old grapevines, grown on granite soils in Condado de Tea and it was clarified and filtered before bottling.

It tastes of white peach, green apples and has a light note of salty, tangy green olives. Bright and refreshing.
