Made in a similar style to the Chardonnay, La Lapine is a selection of the finest Sauvignon Blanc vines within the Estate, hand picked and carefully transported in small bins to the winery.  

Fermented with indigenous yeasts in french oak barrels; a process that takes 10 months to complete.

The wine is then bottled and allowed to age in the cellar prior to release.
