Jen Parr (can you tell i'm a fan yet?)

Intensely aromatic with notes of lime zest, citrus, wild flowers, and white pepper, along with subtle hints of tangerine and lemongrass. Beautifully balanced and pure, with flavours of zesty lemon, lime, sage, and sea salt. It has a wonderful energy that reflects the limestone soils of the region. The wine finishes with an elegant, lingering acidity.

Hand harvested, stainless fermented. 17 g/l. Sweet but with vibrant acidity
